Caramet Roof Ventilation system is acknowledged to being well-designed & conceptualized real Long throw Axial Fan Mounted Roof Extractors. These were only introduced in Localized General Exhaust Ventilation for used up hot air from work environment.
In our Designed system, we propose to mount mechanically rotated motor driven Roof Extractors to be mounted on Roof. These Fans will create continuous exhaust from work environment and create negative pressure. This negative pressure will create fresh air in draft from available openings from wall through windows and doors. The Fresh air in draft will dilute hot and used up air and maintain Temperature inside shed near to ambient.
These units happen to be at the forefront of ductless ventilation systems with cabinet mounted fans and inbuilt motor.
Primarily these have fans have the following distinct advantages:
These Fans are used to agitate entire area and there will not be any stagnant areas helping in Dilution Ventilation. This principle allows us to use these fans in conjunction with other Ventilation system wherein the duct routing are not permissible especially pockets and corner recesses. The air forms the pockets /recesses are blown out by the Fans into the path of the main plant area.
