Innovative High Efficient Packed Bed Scrubber for Cleaner Environments

Our Chemi-Absorption Gaseous Packed Bed Scrubber employs Mass Transfer principles to optimize air-liquid ratios measured in NTUs. Tailored to the concentration and solubility of gaseous pollutants, it uses pall rings as tower packing. This design enhances contact between contaminated air and scrubbing liquid, efficiently absorbing or reacting with pollutants. Our systems utilize alkaline, acidic, or oxidizing agents in recirculated liquid for effective emission control.

Our vertical, counter-current scrubber directs contaminated gas upward through the vessel’s bed, with scrubbing liquid flowing downward via gravity. A top liquid distribution header ensures even liquid distribution over the packing, maximizing contact between air and liquid. This efficient contact enables the scrubber to effectively absorb or react with contaminants. Before exiting, scrubbed air passes through a mesh or mist eliminator to remove liquid droplets, ensuring high-quality outlet airflow.
